The fitness and nutrition program at Got Your Back also covers healthy living and nutrition knowledge. The workout program's dietary component encourages and educates how and why leading a healthy lifestyle is crucial. We learn about portion management, follow the Canadian Food Guide, and develop our own healthy dishes.


Fitness

This program includes all fitness levels, regardless of ability and mobility. In our community gym, outside, and on-site, a range of aerobic and weight-training techniques are used to teach good lifestyle habits. The usage of a treadmill, elliptical, stationary cycles, weight lifting equipment, hand weights, yoga mats, and resistance bands is available to members. Our workout regimen consists of stretching, mild weight training, aerobics, dancing, and relaxation drills.
